Order Cancellation
- You have 24 hours to contact us after your order has been placed if you would like to cancel.
- Order cancellation requests will be granted only after Your Oil Tools has received payment and permission to process the order. Such orders will be canceled within 24 hours of the request.
- There will be a 10% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the order that is being canceled.
- Please allow at least 24 hours for your purchasing card to be refunded
- A confirmation email will be sent to your account email address notifying you of the order cancellation
