If you are checking out using Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, or any other third party checkout, PLEASE ADD YOUR DISCOUNT CODE IN THE CART, NOT THE CHECKOUT SCREEN.
These programs which are an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their billing, payment, and shipping information so that they can complete checkout faster on Shopify stores, will not allow you to input a discount code before the order is completed.
Please make sure that you add your discount codes in the CART section of the website before processing your order at checkout.
